Aufa Auladi

AUFA AULADI (AUFA) is a graduate from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (S.H) majoring procedural laws. He passed his thesis defence by bringing up a vulnerable topic among Indonesian society regarding strategic lawsuits against public participation in his thesis. During his study, he had developed his competences through participating in several moot court competitions with various topics ranging from criminal litigation (Drug trafficking, juvenile crime) to civil litigation (Bankruptcy, intellectual Property dispute) and by working as a paralegal in Universitas Indonesia Legal Aid Institute (LKBH-PPS UI) where he assisted lawyers in advising and representing people in dire need of legal counsel.

After graduating, Aufa worked in several prominent law firms where he was exposed to various contentious and non-contentious matters including general corporate, arbitration and commercial litigation.

Aufa joined ASP in 2020, and since then he has been actively involved in litigation and non-litigation matters related to criminal litigation, commercial litigation, dispute resolution as well as bankruptcy and suspension of payment. Aufa have passed the Indonesian Bar Examination in 2020 and is currently working on his qualification to obtain the Indonesian Bar Association membership.
