Aufa Auladi

AUFA AULADI (AUFA) is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (S.H) and a licensed advocate under the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

After earning his degree, Aufa honed his legal expertise in several prominent law firms, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters including general corporate, arbitration and commercial litigation.

Since joining the firm in 2020, he has been an integral part of the firm’s dispute resolution team, advising and representing domestic and international clients in commercial disputes before Indonesian courts, arbitration tribunals, and in criminal matters before Indonesian courts and the Indonesian police authority.

Aufa has developed a strong focus on bankruptcy and suspension of payment matters, providing strategic advice and representing clients-both debtors or creditors in bankruptcy and suspension of payment cases before Indonesian courts. His expertise extends to complex cross-border insolvency, including recognition of Indonesian insolvency judgments in foreign jurisdictions.

In addition, Aufa has developed extensive experience in the aviation sector, providing comprehensive legal advice to airlines on operational, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters.
